Unfortunately we don’t currently offer exchanges.

We are happy to offer you a refund, but the following conditions must be met:

  • All returns must be unworn/unused, in their original packaging and returned to us in the same condition it was sent to you. Do not remove products from any plastic kimble tags or gold elastic foil ties – you have purchased a hygiene product
  • We receive your return within 14 days of the date on your dispatch note.

We suggest you send your return via a tracked service. You are responsible for return postage and to ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage or loss in transit.

Your refund will be processed as soon as we have checked your returned item. Refunds will automatically be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We usually turnaround refunds within fourteen working days from receipt of your return.  It may then take a further 5-10 working days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.  Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are out of our control.  Feel free to drop us an email at enquiries@ailahair.co.uk if your refund has not been received after 25 working days.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will be given an order number. A confirmation email will be sent to the e-mail address provided during checkout with your order details. A further email will then be sent as soon as your parcel has left our warehouse and is on its way to you.

We usually ship orders on the same day they are placed up until 3:00pm. Orders placed after that time will be shipped on the next working day. Standard Delivery can take between 3-5 working days.

Only Next Day Guaranteed options are guaranteed by the next day, i.e. orders shipped on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday, etc. Orders shipped on Friday are guaranteed delivery on the following Monday but may be delivered on Saturday. Please note, this is not a 100% guaranteed service and sometimes delays can occur which are beyond our control.

Order can be tracked via Royal Mail using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your delivery has not arrived, it is worth checking to see if delivery has been attempted whilst you were out. If you are unable to track your order or your order has not been delivered within 5 working days, please email enquiries@ailahair.co.uk

Yes, we can change/cancel your order providing your order has not already been dispatched. Please email us at enquiries@ailahair.co.uk as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, then you can return the item for a refund (see Returns Policy for more details).

Heat can be applied up to 180 degrees using straighteners. However, as these sets are pre-styled and ready to wear – minimal heat is advised. We do not recommend using a hairdryer as this is likely to damage the fibers.

Yes, using your fingers on a wide tooth comb, remove any tangles from your hairpiece. Using a mix of cold water, a mild shampoo and conditioner, gently soak your hairpiece and leave for around five minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cold water. Do not rub the hair at any point. Once rinsed, use a towel to gently squeeze out any excess water. Do not comb or brush the hairpiece when wet. Now leave the hairpiece to dry naturally, this may take up to 24 hours. Do not apply any direct heat to speed this process up. Once dry, use your hairpiece as normal.

This varies from person to person and how well the Hair Extensions are treated. We recommend that you properly store your extensions back in their original packaging when you are not wearing them to maintain their style, shape and bounce! Our Hair Extensions are better suited for occasional or weekend wear, with a typical lifespan of 3-4 months.
